1. Choose the right hoop.

• Light fabric: iron-on or water-soluble stabilizer.
• Knit or stretchy fabric: cut-away stabilizer to prevent deformation.
• Thicker fabrics: tear-away stabilizer may work well.

2. Correct thread tension adjustment.

Improper tension can cause puckering or loops. To test:

• Do a test embroidery and see if the top and bottom threads are balanced.
